The minimum price is 90€. For short distances (under 100 km) the rate is 0.90€/km, and 0.70€/km for the rest. If the origin or destination is Alicante, Elche or the Levante area, we offer 10-18% discounts. Calculate your exact price on our calculator.

The price includes: fuel, tolls, AXA comprehensive insurance during the entire journey, professional liability insurance with Orus, full photo inspection at pickup and delivery, and professional driver with over 2 years of experience. VAT is applied separately. No hidden costs.

Your vehicle is doubly protected: AXA comprehensive insurance covering vehicle damage during transport, and Orus professional liability insurance covering any third-party incidents. Both policies are active throughout the journey.

We perform a detailed photo inspection before and after transport. If any new damage is detected, the AXA comprehensive insurance covers the repair. We assist you throughout the claims process.

The professional driver takes full responsibility for traffic offences committed during transport. Any fines during the transfer will be handled and paid by the driver.

The time depends on the distance. We calculate driving time plus 45 minutes for inspection and paperwork. For long journeys (+3 hours) we add 30 minutes rest. We also offer urgent service in 24-48 hours.

Yes. Our cancellation policy depends on how much notice you give before the scheduled pickup:

• More than 48 hours: full refund, no charge.
• Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% of the total amount is retained.
• Less than 24 hours: 100% of the total amount is retained.

We need: vehicle registration document, technical inspection certificate (valid MOT/ITV), vehicle insurance in force and the keys. If you are an authorised third party, an authorisation document from the owner.

We cover mainland Spain and Portugal (Iberian Peninsula). For the Balearic Islands we can arrange transport to the nearest port. The Canary Islands require sea freight, which we don't offer directly, but we can coordinate delivery to the port of departure.
