The minimum price is 90€. Tiered rates: 1.40€/km for the first 100 km, 0.70€/km for the 100-200 km segment, and 0.42€/km beyond 200 km. If the origin or destination is Alicante, Elche or the Levante area, we offer 10-18% discounts. Calculate your exact price on our calculator.

The price includes: fuel, tolls, comprehensive Orus professional liability insurance covering both vehicle damage during transport and third-party liability, roadside assistance with tow truck costs covered by us if needed, full photo inspection at pickup and delivery, and a professional driver with over 2 years of experience. VAT is applied separately. No hidden costs.

Orus professional liability (included — up to €65,000,000): covers damage to the customer's vehicle during transport caused by our driver, as well as third-party damages arising from our professional activity. You never have to activate your own insurance — we respond with our own policy.

Roadside assistance (included): if there's a mechanical breakdown or flat tyre in transit, the policy dispatches the tow truck to the nearest appropriate workshop. The journey continues with a replacement driver or equivalent logistics, at no extra charge to you.

AXA Comprehensive insurance (included): covers both own damage to the customer's vehicle during transit and third-party damage from the transport. Provides full protection while the car is in our custody, at no extra cost.

We perform a detailed photo inspection before and after transport. If any new damage caused during the journey is detected, our Orus professional liability insurance (included in the base price) covers the repair. We assist you throughout the claims process — you won't have to deal with your own insurer.

The professional driver takes full responsibility for traffic offences committed during transport. Any fines during the transfer will be handled and paid by the driver.

The time depends on the distance. We calculate driving time plus 45 minutes for inspection and paperwork. For long journeys (+3 hours) we add 30 minutes rest. We also offer urgent service in 24-48 hours.

Yes. Our cancellation policy depends on how much notice you give before the scheduled pickup:

• More than 48 hours: full refund, no charge.
• Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% of the total amount is retained.
• Less than 24 hours: 100% of the total amount is retained.

We need: vehicle registration document, technical inspection certificate (valid MOT/ITV), vehicle insurance in force and the keys. If you are an authorised third party, an authorisation document from the owner.

Yes, and we have proven experience with electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles from all major brands. We plan charging stops along the route at no extra cost, manage optimal battery levels and handle EV specifics (transport mode, regenerative braking, multimedia setup). If your car is electric, we've already transported many like yours.

Yes. If you need to move two or more vehicles on the same route and similar dates, contact us via WhatsApp and we'll prepare a combined quote with a group discount. Ideal for family relocations, stock transfers or when several people share origin/destination.

A deposit is paid when the booking is confirmed and the balance is paid on delivery. We accept bank transfer, Bizum and cash (up to the legal limit). B2B customers with a monthly account are billed in a single consolidated invoice at month-end.

At least a quarter tank for combustion vehicles and 30-40% battery for electric vehicles, so the car reaches its destination without extra stops. On long routes we may request a higher level; we'll confirm in your quote. Fuel and charging during the journey are on us, and we deliver the vehicle with the same fuel or battery level it had at pickup.

We recommend removing all personal and valuable items (documents, money, accessories, electronics) before pickup. CarLogist is not liable for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle during transport.

We reply to WhatsApp enquiries in less than 1 hour during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00-21:00). Outside those hours we'll reply first thing the next day. For emergencies during an active transport, the driver is available 24/7.

We cover the entire Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal). Our base is in Elche (Alicante), with special discounts for shipments from the Alicante, Murcia and Costa Blanca area.

We cover mainland Spain and Portugal (Iberian Peninsula). For the Balearic Islands we can arrange transport to the nearest port. The Canary Islands require sea freight, which we don't offer directly, but we can coordinate delivery to the port of departure.

Yes. Once your vehicle has crossed the border into Spain (via your own drive, ferry or a UK-based transporter), we take over the door-to-door delivery within Spain and Portugal. Common scenarios we handle: moving the car from the port of arrival (Bilbao, Santander) to your final destination (Alicante, Costa Blanca, Costa del Sol), delivery to your holiday home, or relocation to your retirement address. Comprehensive Orus professional liability insurance covers the entire journey within Iberia and tow truck costs are covered by us if needed.
